Marinara macaroni

INGREDIENTS

  • Durum Penne Rigate - 400g
  • Tomatoes - 500g
  • black olives - 50g
  • Caper - 30g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley
  • olive oil - 0,5dl
  • dry basil and parmesan (optional)

PREPARATION

Cook pasta. In the olive oil stew peeled tomatoes. Add chopped olives, capers, garlic and parsley and then stew it again briefly . Pour over pasta sauce and sprinkle with dried basil and grated Parmesan cheese, if you do not use salt.
