- Durum Spaghetti - 300 g
- Parmesan cheese in one piece - 100g
- small package of anchovies
- oyster mushroom - 250g
- a little olive oil
- tomato juice - 0,5l
- hot red pepper - 1 tsp
- fresh parsley
- sour cream - 2 dl
Cook pasta. In the olive oil stew oyster mushrooms, add chopped garlic, anchovies, chopped fresh parsley, marjoram, red pepper and tomato juice. Towards the end of stewing when mushrooms get soften, add the sour cream. Add the pasta and serve with sprinkled Parmesan cheese chopped into slices.
