Pasta in a spicy sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Panona Shrimps - 250g
  • hot cayenne peppers - 1 tablespoon
  • eggplant - 1pc
  • tomatoes - 1 pc
  • onion - half heads
  • tomato sauce - 150g
  • pesto sauce
  • peppers - 5 pcs
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • parmesan - 50g
  • brown sugar - half a spoon
  • olive oil

PREPARATION

Cook pasta. In a deeper pan with heated olive oil fry finely chopped onion and pepper and add half of tablespoons of pesto sauce. In the coarse grated tomato add one tablespoon of hot red pepper, half a spoonful of a brown sugar and 100 ml of water. Merge all and add tomato sauce and salted eggplant cut into cubes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
