Pasta-Sutta

INGREDIENTS

  • Durum funghetti- 400g
  • Tomatoes - 400g
  • Red hot pepper
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • ham - 200g
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • shallots - 1 ply
  • ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • parsley - 1/2 connection
  • oregano

PREPARATION

Cook pasta. Pour boiling water over tomatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Hot peppers wash and clean from the seeds, and cut into strips. In the hot oil fry finely chopped garlic, shallots and pepper. Then add the ham cut into strips and fry it until it becomes golden brown. Add tomatoes, ketchup, oregano and salt and pepper. On medium heat cook for about fifteen minutes. Put the pasta, stir and leave for a few minutes more . Grate Emmentaler or Gaudi. Decorate with parsley leaves.
