Pasta with gorgonzola cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • Durum Mafalde- 400g
  • Roquefort or Gorgonzola - 200g
  • margarine - 100g
  • sweet cream - 1,5dcl

PREPARATION

Cook pasta. Put the bowl in the steam and melt butter in it and finely powdered cheese, stirring constantly. Add sweet cream. Mix everything well with hot pasta. Add salt and pepper.
