Pasta with ham and mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • Panona Conchiglie grandi- 400g
  • onion - 1 head (1 onion)
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • margarine - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mushrooms - 125g
  • cooked ham - 175g
  • Muscat (nutmeg) - Optional
  • tomato powder sauce - 1 packet
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 50g

PREPARATION

Cook pasta. Chop onions and garlic and fry. Add sliced mushrooms, and cook them for 5 minutes. Cut ham into oblong pieces and mix it with the mushrooms and add the pasta. Spice with Muscat, pepper and salt. Prepare the tomato sauce according to the instructions on the package and pour in the pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. If necessary, add the chopped sage.
