INGREDIENTS
- Durum fusilli - 4 cups
- Olive oil
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Young spinach - 100g
- Young onions - 2 pieces
- Raisins - 1 cup
- Ricotta (soft cheese) - 1 cup
- Fresh basil
- Parmesan
PREPARATION
