Pasta with spinach

INGREDIENTS

  • Durum Penne Rigate - 300g
  • Oil - 30 ml
  • Tomatoes - 500g
  • fresh spinach - 300g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • feta cheese - 200g

PREPARATION

Cook pasta. Spinach and tomatoes cut into bigger pieces. Heat the oil, add the spinach, tomatoes and chopped garlic. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes, add the pasta and feta cheese, and continue cooking for 1 minute.
