Lasagna with carpaccio of salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gr of fresh salmon (cut for carpaccio)
  • 500g cream, marjoram
  • 0.5 dl milk
  • 250g of fresh lasagna noodles
  • 100g of smoked salmon
  • 30g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30g of breadcrumbs
  • 30g butter
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • red pepper

PREPARATION

Chop the salmon and place it in a bowl with sour cream. Add 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper, a few sprigs of washed, chopped and dried marjoram and a pinch of salt. This cream can be diluted with milk. In boiling water pour salt and 2 tablespoons of oil, and cook lasagna for about 3 minutes. Strain them and put one layer on the bottom of the baking dish greased with butter. On the top put little of prepared cream, and sort noodles, cheese and salmon. Continue with the alignment until all the ingredients are used, and finish with cream cheese. In a bowl mix the grated Parmesan cheese with bread crumbs, add crushed red pepper to taste and finely, chopped, washed, dried marjoram, then sprinkle this mixture over the prepared lasagna. Close the aluminum foil and bake in a well-heated oven for about 20 minutes at 200 C, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes at 220 C. Remove from the oven and serve.
