DURUM RAVIOLI WITH MEAT


Ravioli with meat in a sauce of sweet cream and Parmesan cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 220 ml of sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh stuffed Durum pasta (Ravioli with meat 500g)

PREPARATION

Strain ravioli, and add them to the mixture of cream and butter. Cook, stirring them for 30 seconds. Add the remaining cream, nutmeg and parmesan. Spice it and stir for a few seconds until it combines. Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
