Ravioli with tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 180 g of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 kg of fresh tomatoes
  • 120g Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Fresh stuffed Durum pasta (Ravioli 500g)

PREPARATION

Heat the oil and butter. Add the other ingredients, briefly cook with stirring so the ingredients combine well. Spill it over freshly cooked ravioli and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
